The Directorate of Technical Education, Haryana, has list out the at least 17 technical institutions functioning without the mandatory approval of the AICTE ( All-India Council for Technical Education, a statutory body of the Union Government for proper planning and coordinated development of technical education.
These fraudulent/unapproved universities, colleges & institutions are/were making Fool to the students by charging Large in amount fees and issuing fraud/fake/unapproved degrees or certificates to students.
