Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification : To be a part of eligible candidate should be Matriculation (10+2) passout or have any Degree or Diploma in relevant fields.
- Age Limit :
- For Social Worker, Staff Nurse posts : Below 37 yrs.
- For Lab Assistant, Dietician, Pharmacist Allopathy, O.T. Assistant, ECG Technician and Occupational Therapist posts : Below 32 yrs.
- For Jr. Radiographer, O.T. Technician, Dresser and Nursing
- Orderly posts : Between 18 yrs to 27 yrs.

- For Grade Pay Rs. 1800 to 2400 , Candidates need to Pay Rs. 250/-.
- For Grade pay Rs. Rs. 2401 and above , Candidates need to pay Rs. 150/-.
- SC / PWD / Departmental Candidates,Female Candidates &Ex.Servicemen are free from payment of application fee.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and Interview.Important Key Dates:

- Closing date for Online registration : 26-12-2012
- Last Date for Sending of System Generated Application form: 31-12-2012.
- Last date for receipt of application from for Far Flung Areas: 03-01-2013.
- Tentative date of written examination: 20-01-2013.
