The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has issued the notification about declaration the result of the lottery draw of plots for the HUDA Rohtak Sector-5 freehold residential plots scheme on Monday, January 14, 2013.

The HUDA had launched a residential plots scheme (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000059) in Sector-5, Rohtak in Haryana on January 06, 2012.
- Place of HUDA Plots Scheme: HUDA Rohtak Sector-5
- Total Freehold residential Plot(Area of plot): Total 444 freehold residential plots of 90 square meters (4 Marla), 135 square meters (6 Marla), 162 square meters (8 Marla), 220 square meters (10 Marla), 324 square meters (14 Marla), and 450 square meters (1 Kanal).
- Earnest money @ 10% of the total tentative cost are different in each size of plot.
- For one Kanal=482200/-rupees.Total No. of plots : 24
- For 14 Marla=315600/-rupees.Total No. of plots : 72
- For 10 Marla =214800/-rupees.Total No. of plots : 54
- For 8 Marla =157800/-rupees.Total No. of plots : 102
- For 6 Marla =118400/-rupees.Total No. of plots : 124
- For 4 Marla =78900/-rupees.Total No. of plots : 68
- Total 2.56 Lacks applicants applied for this HUDA plot Scheme.
- The draw will be held on 11 January 2012 at Gymkhana Club Sector-4, Rohtak
