Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility Criteria required for the recruitment 2013:
Educational Qualification and Age limit : All the Interested Candidates, wish to apply for the vacancies given must have Graduate Degree /PG /Diploma in relevant field for HRD Officer post. (All the Candidates are requested to see the notification for post-wise information and Qualification and Age limit.)
NOTE THAT : Candidates who have Qualified the IBPS CWE (Common Written Examination) for Specialist Officer in March 2012 and have a valid Score card are eligible to apply only for HRD  Officer, Hindi Officer, Law Manager Posts.

 Those Candidates have decided to make their career as Officer in Public & Nationalize Banking Sector need to apply via Online mode at the Official Website  through www.obcindia.co.in.

Steps to Registration/ Online Apply:

1. Candidates required to login at the Official Website of Bank at ‘www.obcindia.co.in’ .
2. The need to click on the link “Recruitment of Specialist Officers 2012-13”. 
3. Thereafter, open the Recruitment Notification entitled  “ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE SPECIALIST OFFICERS’ RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2012-13

 After Successful Registration, candidates are required to printout the system generated Application Form for Further Use.
Application Fee :

• For post no 1 to 3 :- 

1. General and OBC-Rs. 100/- and
2.  SC/ST/PWD/EXSM : Rs. 20/-.

• For post no. 4 to 9:-

1. General and OBC : Rs. 400/- and 
2. SC/ST/PWD/EXSM Rs. 50/-.

Selection Process:

Selection Process :

1. For Post no. 1 to 3: Selections will be done on the basis of score card obtained by IBPS and personal Interview.
2. For 4 to 9 , Candidates will be selected on the basis of GD/Interview/Written Test.

Important Key Dates:
