UPSC IFS Examination 2013 Notification:Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) has issued the notification of Indian Forest Service (IFS) Examination 2013(Preliminary and Mains) on its official website i.e. in www.upsc.gov.in. This Examination conducts every year for the employment of Forest Officers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:All the applying Candidates must posses the Graduation Degree in Science one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a B.E / B.Tech. in Agriculture or Forestry engineering from any recognized University.
Age Limit:To be an eligible Candidates, the age must be between 21 years to 30 years.

How to Apply:
All the Eligible as well as Interested Candidates need to apply through the Online mode by filling up the Online application form by logging on the official website of UPSC at www.upsconline.gov.in before or on 4th April, 2013.
Candidates are advised to apply as early as possible to avoid last minute hurry and UPSC Server Busy errors.Application Fees:
Candidates who are applying for IFS 2013 are required to pay Rs.100/- as examination Fee.
While there No fee for Female/Sc/ST/PH .IFS Important Dates:
- Last date for Submission of Application : 04th April, 2013.
- Date of Exam (Prelims): 26 May, 2013 (Civil Services Prelims)
- Main Exam Dates: September/October, 2013
