About The CRPF Recruitment December 2012:
All the Candidates(both Male and Female) are invited to apply OFFLINE applications for the combatised post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer-Grade-III) as well as Head Constable (Ministerial) in Central Reserve Police Force as per tentative vacancy position given below. Initially these posts are temporary but likely to become permanent.

- Assistant Sub Inspector:245 (UR – 113 ; OBC – 63 ; SC – 43 ; ST – 26)
- Head Constable (Ministerial): 895 (UR – 318 ; OBC – 263 ; SC – 111 ; ST – 203)
eligibility:
- Educational Qualification : For both posts the Educational Qualification , Candidates have Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent passed from recognized board or university.
- Age Limit : To be a part of Eligible candidates the age must be between 18-25 years as on 19/12/2012 (Relax for SC/ST /OBC candidates as per Govt. norms.).
- Skills: There is requirement of skills of typing. Please read the full notification.....
selection process:
There are 2 phases of selection:
- Phase I : Checking documents, Physical Measurements, Written examination.
- Phase II :Typing Speed test (Only on Computer), Short hand speed test (Only for ASI/Steno), Checking of documents, Interview, Medical examination.
how to apply:
All the Interesting as well as Eligible candidates are required to apply OFFLINE in the prescribed format. The application documentary should be completed in all respects with necessary enclosures including the IPO for the application fee should be addressed to the concerned DIGP, Group Centre.
Application fee : Rs.30/- for General and OBC Candidates (NO fee for SC/ST) – Crossed IPO drawn in the name of DIGP, GC-CRPF to whom the application is addressed /sent payable at respective Head Post Office at that location.

- Tentative Dates for Computer Typing/ Short Hand Test, Interview & Medical Examination: 15 April, 2013 to 22 April, 2013.
